Shipping
We ship within the US. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at the moment.
Currently we do not ship to PR/US territories or military bases.
No, we do not ship to PO Boxes.
Once your order ships, you should receive an email with a tracking link to view the status of your package. If you do not get one, make sure to check your other emails and your junk, spam, and promotion folders. Please reach out to houseofaristella@gmail.com if you can't find this information.
Standard Shipping: Free (3-5 Business Days Delivery After Dispatch), 2-Day Shipping: Delivery in 2 Business Days After Dispatch. All shipping transit times are calculated after the order has been shipped.
Signature upon delivery is required for orders over US$500. If a signature is required and you cannot provide one, you may use FedEx Delivery Manager to have your package held for pick up at a FedEx office or one of their authorized locations. Please note we will not be liable in the case of theft or damage that may occur.
My Orders
Unfortunately, it is not possible to collect your order in store. We only offer home delivery.
If you need to make any changes to your order including changing the shipping address, please reach out
within 24 hours of placing the order. Kindly note that as our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we may not be able to cancel or update your order upon request.
For monogrammed and engraved pieces, once the order is placed, we are not able to cancel or update the order.

Buyers are responsible for shipping costs on all returns and exchanges. The items must be shipped back in its original condition with tags and packaging. Currently we do not offer insurance for your jewelry. We recommend contacting an independent insurer or your own insurance carrier to investigate getting insurance for your House of Aristella jewelry.

When ordering online on the House of Aristella website, you can only use one payment card and one payment method per order.

Yes, we do offer repair services for 14K and 18K gold and diamond jewelry. We do not offer repair services for 925 sterling silver jewelry products. Please refer to our Repairs Policy here for more details.
Providing an invoice is not compulsory, but it is recommended.
All repairs are individually assessed and a service quote is provided. Once approved, we will work swiftly and carefully to complete the service.
Repairs generally take between two to three weeks. However, if a unique component is required, we may require more time.
