Shipping Policy

Standard Shipping:

We offer free standard shipping over $75 to the US; please allow 5-7 business days for your order to arrive.

Standard shipping cost is $6.95.

Orders placed from Monday to Friday by 04:00 PM EST will be processed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed on weekends or after 04:00 PM EST weekdays will ship the following business day. 

Express Shipping:

Express shipping cost is $20.

Express delivery time: 1 business day after processing and shipping.

Sunday and holiday deliveries are not available. Please note that items ordered together may not always ship together.

We do not ship orders to Post Office Boxes (PO BOXES).  We are able to accept post office box addresses as your billing address.

House of Aristella only ships within the United States (Excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico). Unfortunately, we DO NOT ship Internationally at present.

Signature Confirmation Policy

Signature upon delivery is required for orders over $500. 

If you miss a delivery attempt, the delivery agent will try again on the next business day but should the package be returned to us, you are responsible for the costs associated with re-shipping the order.  Once the package has been shipped and leaves our office, House of Aristella is unable to amend the delivery speed. 

ALL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS.
