We carefully craft each item with the highest level of care and workmanship. At this time, we offer repair services to only those clients residing in the US and only for items that have been purchased directly from our website may be eligible for a repair request. At this time, we do not accept repair requests for the 925 Sterling Silver collection.
To initiate a repair request, please contact us via email at houseofaristella@gmail.com. After receiving your repair request, we will send you a shipping label and provide you with a repair estimate. Most repair requests should be fulfilled within 3-4 weeks with like quality materials. Repair processing begins upon receipt of your shipment. Please note, however, that if exclusive components are required to fulfill your repair request, we may require additional time.
