US Returns & Exchange Policy
House of Aristella aspires to present you with the finest products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your unused, unworn product purchased on our website with its original packaging and product tags (Diamond Certificate received with diamond jewelry and Gift with Purchase – if applicable) within 7 calendar days of delivery. Products that do not meet the above criteria will not be eligible for a refund and/or exchange. Shipping charges will not be refunded. The original House of Aristella packaging and product tags must accompany the returned item. House of Aristella is not responsible for items damaged or lost during transit. All returns and exchanges are subject to our quality assurance inspection process before they are accepted.
Contact our customer support team at houseofaristella@gmail.com to request a return authorization. Once you receive the return shipping label via email for you to print along with detailed instructions on how to return the product to us, securely package the item and include the original invoice.
Please note that we are not responsible for any orders sent back without an approved shipping label. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item(s). Please allow 10-14 business days for us to process your refund.
The following items may not be returned or exchanged
House of Aristella will not accept return or exchange requests for the following items:
- Custom or personalized orders (engraved orders).
- Made-to-order items.
- Items on Sale.
- Earrings.
- Gift cards.
- Item that has any signs of wear and/or usage.
- Item that has been reconstructed, repaired or altered by persons other than House of Aristella.
