Shipping Policy

US Shipping

We offer free standard shipping to the US on all orders; please allow 7-10 business days for your order to arrive. For Express shipping, rates are calculated at checkout. Sunday and holiday deliveries are not available. Please note that items ordered together may not always ship together.

We do not ship orders to Post Office Boxes (PO BOXES).  We are able to accept post office box addresses as your billing address.

International Shipping

International shipping is available to Canada.  Most international orders are shipped via FedEx and may take 10 to 15 business days to arrive.  Note that this does not take into consideration delivery delays due to customs clearance or weather conditions.

Shipping rates are visible at checkout.  In some instances, shipping to international addresses may also include additional duty and tax charges, as applicable.

Packaging Details

We individually wrap each item in your order with our signature packaging.  

Signature Confirmation Policy

Signature upon delivery is required for orders over $500.  If a signature is required and you are not able to provide one, you may use FedEx Delivery Manager to have your package held for pick up at a FedEx authorized location.  

If you miss a delivery attempt, the delivery agent will try again on the next business day but should the package be returned to us, you are responsible for the costs associated with re-shipping the order.  Once the package has been shipped and leaves our office, House of Aristella is unable to amend the delivery speed. 

ALL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS.
